Last Game

This Saturday is our last game of the season.
It is a big game for us and could determine whether or not we move up to the first league or not.
If we win and Cuxhaven loses, then we finish in second place and are promoted to the first division.
However, we have a very difficult game to play against Kircheim a team that is in fourth place, just two games behind us. They like us have some very talented players and unfortunately we will be without our German center Mike Zirbes again. Obviously it helps a lot having Mike because he has a lot of size and gives us the opportunity to play with many lineups.

The season has gone by quickly, especially the last four months in which we have played much better basketball than at the beginning of the season. I am going to miss playing around these guys as I have made many good friends over here. However, I am also looking forward to going home and seeing my family and friends and resting my body. By the time the end of the season comes around everyone's body is banged up and needs some time off to recuperate. All in all it has been a successful season for the Braves and now we just need one more victory.
