Split

I have been unable to write lately because we lost two weeks ago. I never feel like writing after we lose. We played a big game for third place against Karlsruhe. We lost. It was a close game but we lacked the usual energy that has been our trademark since we got back from Christmas break.

I haven't been able to update the last game since our internet was out for a while.


We had another huge game the very next weekend against Crailsheim and my very good friend Mike Z. He is the center for them. They hadn't lost at home in a full years time and I could see why when I entered the gym. It is a small place and the crowd is right on top of you. They have a very boisterous crowd and make noise the entire game. It was easy to see why they play so well at home. However, we played a solid game and we had a well balanced team effort with five players scoring in double figures. Theo Tarver also had an amazing stat line with 8 points and 3 rebounds in only 7 minutes of play.

This weekend we play home to Frieburg and it will take a good defensive effort and solid offense in order to come home with the win.
