Ok, we finally got internet in our apartment. This means that from now on I have no excuse for not keeping this updated very regularly.
I believe since I last blogged we have had two league games. The first one we played we won and it was against one of the top teams in the league Levice which was a great win for us. THen next league game we played was against Handlova, away, and if we win we would have really been in the thick of things. However, we lost, by a lot! We didn't show up to play and didn't play with any energy. They also shot the lights out.

We are currently in a tie for 9th place. Tomorrow we play the team tied for last, which is only not that far away from us. We have 6 wins and they have 4. I can't express how important it is that we win this game. It can mean that we go into break with a win and have some confidence going into the rest of the season. A loss means that we are closer to last place than really being an competitive team in this league. I know we can win but we need to play better. Defensive energy, rebounding, communication and smart play on offense are the things that we need to do better and we must do it immediately. I know we can do this and I believe that we will show it tomorrow. We take care of business on our home court and I will be a very happy man when I visit home for Christmas.
